Angela Batie Teeter
The distinctive style and subject matter that has characterized Angela's work in the last few years came to fruition while she earned her bachelor's of art at the University of the Ozarks in her hometown of Clarksville Arkansas.

Heavily influenced by the West Coast's funky "Pop Surrealist" art movement and her admiration for classical as well as modern art elements, Angela's figurative, mixed media and acrylic work depicts metaphorical connections between consumption in popular food culture and human nature.

December of 2009 Angela completed a commissioned mural of her choice on the wall of Angell Hall located in the Munger Memorial Chapel at the University of The Ozarks in Clarksville. The 13 x 7 foot painting honors the names of God in Hebrew. For more information on Angela's work, visit: http://paletteartleague.org/ateeter.html.
