When I was six years old, my uncle asked what I
wanted to be when I grew up. I answered, "an
My interest in art followed me all through my life in
various forms, from working with papier-mâché,
painting custom aircraft on shirts, quilting, etc. It
wasn't until 2002, however, that I discovered the joy
of working with clay. It all began with a sculpture
class - I knew I had found my niche! From that point,
I went on to experience the art of creating functional
pottery under the guidance of a Master Potter.
Currently, I enjoy my own studio where I continue to create hand-built pottery and experiment with a
variety of glaze combinations.
This is a journey. This is my passion!
