The Board of Directors of the Palette Art League (PAL) is available for in-person/phone or e-mail interviews at your convenience. High resolution art files are always available upon request to info@paletteartleague.org. It is our goal to make your job as easy as possible. The coffee table book is not only a fundrasier for the Palette Art League but a fabulous showcase for the many talented artist and artisans being featured.

The Art and Artisans of the Ozarks, volume one will support local school art departments. With each purchase the Palette Art League will donate $4.95 of the purchase price of $24.95 to area school art programs. The remainder will continue to support additional projects that the Palette Art League sponsors in the community.

McSherry and Neubauer Exhibit well attended…

Meet the Artists reception was well attended with well wishers, family and friends stopping in to see the exciting exhibit now in place at the P.A.L.'s Fine Art Gallery. Susan Mc Sherry of Marble Falls, Arkansas featured artist in The Art and Artisans of the Ozarks, volume one is exhibiting a collection of her creative and one of a kind artwork. A self-taught second career southern vernacular folk artist. McSherry specializes in assemblage and mosaic techniques using a high degree of recycled/repurposed content. McSherry calls it,"mixed-up media"..... and

Richard Neubauer's exhibit includes two and three dimensional artwork. Previously, he made one-of-a-kind stain glass doors for churches and custom homes in his studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Neubauer worked in "Dalle De Verre" glass, a unique, one-inch thick glass. An artisan in all respects is also featured in the PAL's
The Art and Artisans of the Ozarks, volume one.

The two featured artist exhibits will be open for viewing during regular Gallery hours. The P.A.L.'s Fine Gallery is located in Yellville, Arkansas at 300 Highway 62 W. Group tours may also be scheduled by calling 870-405-6316, or email palsgallery@live.com.

This is a special invitation to participate in a professional publication of a coffee table book that highlights the art and artisans of the surrounding area.

This collection of artists and artisans will be compiled to create
"Art and Artisans of the Ozarks", volume two.

The overwhelming responses from our area artists and supporters have inspired the volume two to be even bigger and better. All artists and artisans will receive exposure and recognition nationwide thus bringing attention to the many talents of the artistic communities in the Ozark Mountains.
