Virginia Haines
For Virginia Haines, painting is a release without boundaries, which takes her into another world. As a "visionary" artist, Virginia Haines's mental photos, along with bits and pieces of realism, create in her mind what she plans to paint next. Virginia paints to produce a statement and create an impact. During the preliminary planning and drawing stage, the artwork's potential is never higher than in the magic moment when the first brushstroke is applied. Virginia then sketches patterns of light, the direction of light and shadows, and color to create art from nature's raw materials.

Virginia's paintings are available at her home studio and at the Hill Country Art Gallery, both in Mountain Home, Arkansas. For more information, e-mail her at vhaines@vhaines-artist.com or visit http://www.virginiahaines.com.
