Joe Ray Kelley
Joe Ray Kelley started painting after retiring from a meteorology career spanning over thirty years. The work of this self-taught artist has been sold worldwide. His paintings have been accepted and rewarded in many national and international exhibits.

Joe Ray is an Honorary Lifetime Member of the National Oil and Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS) and was elected President of the Society in 2011. His art has been rewarded with Signature Artist honors by the International Society of Acrylic Painters (ISAP), the National Society of Artists (NSA), and NOAPS.
