Hank Barnes
It's been a long, strange trip for Hank Barnes. After retiring
in 1982 from teaching in a prison, he began studying
stained glass under Jim Galloway of Galloway Stained
Glass Studio in Peoria, Illinois. Hank always had a good
eye for color, so he established his business, Heirloom
Stained Glass, in 1987.
The distinction of his work is partly due to the fact that he
personally constructs every project from conception to
completion. Hank takes great satisfaction in creating
heirloom pieces that are like a welcoming friend when one
comes home. Hank's work can be seen at Poor Richard's
Art and War Eagle Mill, both in Rogers, Arkansas, and at
Out on Main Gallery in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. For
