Cynthia Schanink
Cynthia Schanink lives in the heart of the Ozarks with her
husband Daniel. Her paintings hang in corporate and
private collections, and she is widely recognized for her
landscapes and portrait work of both people and animals.
"I enjoy working within nature in all her beauty and characteristics, to express it in a balanced composition, from an abstract layer of color, to a landscape impression, with watercolor textures."
Cynthia has won many awards for her work. She teaches watercolor on cruise ships and at Arkansas Art Centers. She is on the Arts On Tour Roster with the Arkansas Art Council, and her work is featured in the book, Gathering of Artists 2.
